By booking any advertisement with Seewateva Billboards, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

After your advertisement is scheduled and submitted for playback on our billboard network, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Once your ad begins running at the designated time, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance.

Your ability to personally view your advertisement is not a condition for a refund.

• If you choose not to attend
• If you arrive late
• If you miss your scheduled ad window

No refund will be provided.

If you choose to view your scheduled advertisement, it is your responsibility to:

• Arrive on time
• Take a photo or video of the billboard with a visible timestamp
  This helps verify that you were present during your scheduled viewing window.

Failure to provide timestamped proof does not qualify you for a refund.

Refunds are only issued if:

• Your advertisement did not play at all,
• Due to a verified system, upload, or scheduling error on our part.

Playback logs and system reports will be used to confirm delivery.

Our platform documents all scheduled ad runs, including exact times and durations. This internal data serves as the final record of performance.
